All of our technicians are A+ and manufacturer-certified, ensuring quality service. The A+ certification program was developed by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and is considered the standard for technical knowledge of computer service and repair in the personal computer industry.

Time to Repair
Most repairs are complete in just 5-7 business days. In a hurry? We provide two options for even faster service.

Priority Service: Laptops move to the head of the line for assessment and parts ordering for $49.95 per machine. Repairs are complete in 2-4 business days.

While You Wait: For repairs with all parts in stock, we will fix your machine immediately for $99.95 per machine, plus parts and labor.

We ship with all major carriers, and can ship laptops overnight or with priority delivery.
